First, we need to strictly control the conditions of the processing environment. Because the process involves the action of biological enzymes, special attention needs to be paid to pH and temperature. This enzyme is usually most active in solutions with a water temperature of 55 to 80 degrees Celsius and a pH of 4.5 to 5.3.
Secondly, in the process of preparing the reaction solution, in order to control the pH value, desizing enzyme and lye are added at a ratio of 1.6: 10. After the washing is completed, the water is re-drained, and enzymes and buffers are added.
Next, control the fermentation washing time. When the temperature is between 45 and 55 degrees Celsius, it takes 2 minutes to plate once. After the effect is achieved, it is necessary to immediately release the water to clean, and continue to accelerate the washing speed at a water temperature of 40 degrees Celsius.
Finally, after cleaning, add soap powder and further clean for about 5 minutes at a water temperature of 55 degrees Celsius. These large ribbon manufacturers are only considered to complete the enzyme cleaning process.
